Our customizations started with the creation of one single heart I made for my wife. It featured a couple holding hands with our names engraved between them.

A colleague from work loved it so much she asked if I could make her one, but a little different. This was to be a homage for her father and son that had passed away. Also she wanted a phrase engraved around the perimeter of the heart. From there, we have done two females (With their cats), a grandma with her sister that had passed, A father... etc
